If you want to add or replace a team member after your entry form has been processed, your team captain needs to complete a player change form.
Team captains may make player substitutions of any sort until June 1, 2012, the date we begin the team bracketing process. After this date, no player changes will be accepted that would require changing the bracketing of the team. In other words, after June 1, 2012, replacement players must fit the age, height, and experience profile of the deleted player. Player changes of this type may be made until game play begins at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2012.
There is a $10 player change fee for each player change made before 5 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2012. This fee increases to $20 starting June 23 until 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 30.
No refunds will be granted to teams who have submitted an entry to the Hoopfest office.
