Teams that are properly registered in Hoopfest 2011 have been given a team number and are listed in the Team Tracker system. Teams that register online are processed very quickly. Teams submitting paper entries will have their team number assigned once their entry is received in the Hoopfest office, is processed, and is entered into the system. Once a team is assigned a team number, the team captain will receive a confirmation letter from Hoopfest, either via email or regular mail. The confirmation letter contains information for the team and each player that will be used in bracketing your team; please ensure you have your confirmation letter and immediately report any corrections to the Hoopfest office.
The first games for Hoopfest weekend will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 25.
