Hoopfest SPONSORSHIPS

The COURT SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION WILL OPEN ON thursday, FEBRUARY 1!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for Hoopfest 2024! We are always looking for new sponsors to help enhance the overall experience for the 250,000 people that are in Spokane for Hoopfest. For those interested in being a court sponsor, please complete the steps below.

COURT SPONSOR

Our court backboards are like mini billboards, branded as you see fit. The powerful thing about the design of our tournament is that we don’t number our courts, but rather they are named. This means you aren’t playing on court #345, instead you are playing on the (enter brand name here) court. That type of verbiage lives on the physical court’s backboard, bracket sheet, mobile app, and sponsor page on our website and all of the players’ social media when they capture in-game photos of their team.

In addition, Court Sponsors will receive:

One (1) Team Entry
Two (2) Tip-Off Party Tickets
Eight (8) Sponsor Garden Tickets

The deadline to apply is APRIL 1st, 2024.

SUPPORTING SPONSOR

Looking for the perks of a court sponsorship but would like the opportunity to interact with our Hoopfesters as well? Supporting sponsors will receive a court sponsorship plus a 10×10 space in a primetime location for you to meet our 250,000 fans in person!

Ten (10) Tip-Off Party Tickets
Ten (10) Sponsor Garden Tickets
Logo displayed on the Sponsor page of our website

COURT SPONSOR APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Complete the Hoopfest 2024 Court Sponsor Application once it opens on February 1. No fee or deposit is required. Because 90% of our Court Sponsors return each year, we review all returning Court Sponsors and then determine how many courts we have left for new Court Sponsors. All applicants will be notified of their status in the event by TBD.

Please note – receipt and return of the application form does not mean you have automatically been accepted as Court Sponsor for Hoopfest 2024. For past Court Sponsors, if we do not receive the completed form by March 15, we will assume you are no longer interested in participating in Hoopfest.

Step 2: If accepted, fill out and return all requested information sent to you on EventHub including payment by April 1. Signed contracts and backboard artwork (if applicable) will all be required in order to participate in Hoopfest 2024.

How to Apply Through EventHub

Click the orange “Application” button to go to our showcase page on EventHub
Select the green “Opportunities” button on the top right of the screen and select the court sponsorship option you are interested in (i.e. 1 Court/1-Year, 2 Courts/3-Year, etc.).
Then click “Proceed to Checkout.” You will have the opportunity to select from the two Marketing Add-Ons if you would like during this time.
You will be prompted to create an account. Following the creation of your account, you will complete the application questions. Then, you can continue through checkout.
Submit your order! If you chose to pay via ACH, select “Pay by Check” to submit your order. If/when you are accepted, we will send you an online invoice to allow you to pay via ACH. Note: Your payment will not be processed until after we approve your order.

THE Court sponsor APPLICATION IS open feburary 1st.
